(More customer reviews)got this for my bedroom-- does a GREAT job freshening up the place. i've noticed that the room doesn't get as dusty anymore. don't listen to consumer reports. this thing really works! and yes-- if you don't clean it regularly, it WILL pop and buzz.... just keep it clean and you won't have that problem.
