(More customer reviews)Ordered the Bionaire 911D but received another brand from the secondary supplier. Under "Product Description" Depending on availability, you may receive a replacement model CB11. I did not see this when ordering thru Amazon and guess what? I did receive the CB11 which I did not want. Good thing is I called the Company and got a RA number and have sent them back for the correct Bionaire but this meant an unplanned trip to the local post office and now a new pin pal to recoup the shipping cost. Bait and Switch ?!!!
