It oscillates well and keeps the whole large master warm. You can set it on one dot and it will shut off quickly or set it to several and it stays on all night. you can set it on heat level one or two depending on how hot you want it. you can put it on just fan in the summer to cool the room. It is great that you can set it on high and get the room good and warm before bed, and then just set sit on one dot and it will cut on and off, keeping the room a little cooler but not cold while you sleep.
