(More customer reviews)The packaging for the queen sized Allergy Mattress Encasement lists among its features "Fits All Mattress Thicknesses". My mattress is 18 inches thick, and this cover doesn't come anywhere near fitting it.
Since I'm a resident of PA and the state won't allow return of bedding, I'm out the $80 that I paid for something that I can possibly use as a dust rag. Then again, the material probably isn't suitable for picking up dust either. I continue to contact Oreck by e-mail trying to get them to refund my purchase price, and to change their packaging to more acurately reflect the cover's size, but so far their responses have been less than satisfying.
