(More customer reviews)I opened the package to find a filter that was damaged during shipment. I contacted the seller immediately (LEDWHOLESALER) and I still have not received a response (a week later). The 6" flange on the top of the filter is dented, elongated, and curled inward. The product is worthless since ducting will no longer attach to the filter. There is also a gap inside the filter where carbon pieces are passing thru. Thankfully amazon is fully refunding my money, but it was definitely not worth the hassle.
